Do I need to sign up?

Nope! With Shaaré no commitment is required. You can book a service whenever you like or choose to set up a recurring booking. It’s all up to you!

 

To ensure that any issues are addressed promptly, we kindly ask that you share your feedback within 24 hours of your booking. You can do this either through the feedback form we send via email or by contacting our support team directly.

If our Sparklers missed a spot, we’re more than happy to have them return within 48 hours of your original booking. After that window, we won’t be able to offer a retouch of missed spots for that booking, as other factors may affect the cleanliness of the space and change the scope of tasks to be revisited for your satisfaction.

 

  1. Standard Cleaning: Enjoy a once-off or recurring routine home cleaning done by our skilled Sparklers so you don’t have to! This simple cleaning package targets major areas of your home – living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. We ensure your space is spotless whenever you want.
  2. Deep Cleaning: Give your home extra love with a Deep Cleaning session from our excellent Sparklers. Enjoy an in-depth and more thorough cleaning session that involves moving of furniture for better cleaning access, cleaning of windows, shelves, kitchen cabinets, fans, fridge/freezer, oven and balcony in addition to other tasks covered in a Standard Cleaning booking.
  3. Move-In Cleaning: Got a new space? Congratulations! Let’s help you get settled in with a thorough move-in cleaning of your new home. Watch our Sparklers make every nook and cranny sparkle.
